ScotchBlue™ Industrial Masking Tape 2750 is a sticky, heat resistant masking tape that removes cleanly to produce sharp paint lines in paint bake operations up to 250° F/121° C for 30-minutes. This tape holds securely to most surfaces to help create well-defined lines with both solvent and latex-based paint.
ScotchBlue™ Industrial Masking Tape 2750 holds without lifting or curling on flat surfaces, over curves, and around corners to deliver professional results. The strong backing resists tearing during removal. Sunlight resistance is better than conventional masking tapes and the tape has been found to remove cleanly after up to 3 days of outdoor exposure. The distinctive blue crepe paper backing is formulated with a heat and solvent-resistant saturant that protects the underlying surface from bleed-through. This additive prevents the tape from breaking down in specified paint bake applications, which helps provide clean, quick removal.
This tape also performs well on, and protects difficult-to-remove-from surfaces like EPDM rubber moldings, aluminum, stainless steel, and powder-coated metals. In addition to paint masking, the robust construction of ScotchBlue™ Industrial Masking Tape 2750 makes it ideal for sealing, holding, reinforcing, identifying, tabbing, wrapping, splicing, protecting, and bundling.
ScotchBlue™ Industrial Masking Tape 2750 has consistently demonstrated clean removal after 30 minutes of exposure to temperatures up to 250° F/ 121° C.
